Dutch to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Taxation & Customs
Dutch term or phrase: toerekenbare
'de toerekenbare investeringen en kosten welke hij de fiscus moet terugbetalen'
This is in a clause in relation to compensation for VAT payable when taxed rent status is terminated/denied under Wet omzetbelasting 1968.
'atributable' or 'chargeable' don't seem right.
Can you help? Thanks!
