The full sentence reads: "In het heffingsgebied gevestigde rechtpersonen met een in aandelen verdeeld kapitaal waarvan de aandelen direct of indirect voor tenminste 90 percent gehouden worden door dezelfde aandeelhouder,worden voor de toepassing van deze landsordening,door de Inspecteur BIJ EEN VOOR BEZWAAR VATBARE BESCHIKKING AANGEMERKT als een ondernemer."
