Geen typo volgens mij. Topiek is (de leer van de) argumentatie. Zie o.a.: Studies over Nicolaas Everaerts (1462-1532) en zijn Topica ["Studies on Nicolaus Everardi (1462-1532) and his Topica"] (Ph.D. thesis Rotterdam; Arnhem 1994).

Asker: Well, it occurs several times in the text. The closest I can come to a definition is "approaching a question of law by means of topos/topoi". I don't think I can consider it a typo (yet)
