I have seen the previous questions on bemiddeling (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/154139 & http://www.proz.com/kudoz/935289) and the one on bemiddelingsovereenkomst (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/803786).

I know from Jurlex that bemiddeling can mean intermediary services / intermediation OR mediation/conciliation, and I'm not sure what is meant in my context.

Before checking with the author, I want to be sure that it is not only to me that the meaning is not clear!

Is it clear to anyone what precisely is meant here? As far as I can see, it could mean intermediary agreements (i.e. regarding the involvement of a third party, such as a broker/agent) or mediation/conciliation agreements (i.e. agreement about solving disputes).
