Bus/Financial - Law (general) / Dutch notarial instrument
Dutch term or phrase: vollopende cumulatief preferente aandelen
This term appears in a Dutch notarial instrument in the header, but there is no reference in the running text. What type of cumulative preference shares are these? TIA for your assistance. Cheers, R.

cumulative preferred shares

Explanation:
I guess 'vollopende' is not a type of cumulative preferred share, but just another way of saying or describing cumulative (dividend accumulates/loopt vol).
