Dutch term or phrase: "De wn. e.a. Inspecteur (ond.)", followed by the name of the Inspector.

This appears at the end of a set of Articles of Association (Belgian), following the sentences: "Geregistreerd zes bladen nul renvooien te Antwerpen, zesde kantoor der registratie op xx oktober 2006 boek xxx blad x vak xx. Ontvangen : vijfentwintig euro (€ 25,00)."

Can anyone throw some light on two of the three abbreviations (I assume that wn. stands for "waarnemend").

Explanation:
After some googling, I found that e.a. apparently stands for 'eerstaanwezend'. See previous Kudoz questions below.

As for wn., I would also assume that this means waarnemend.
