This appears in a contract written in Belgium - I need to know what 'instaprecht' means in this context - in other situations it seems to mean 'entry fee'

: Instaprecht YYYY

6.1 XXX en ZZZZ verbinden zich ten aanzien van en garanderen aan YYYY dat zij de terbeschikkingstelling van de terreinen door XXX aan ZZZZ zoals bekomen in toepassing van onderhavige overeenkomst gedeeltelijk zullen ontbinden op eenvoudig verzoek van YYYY– zij het per aangetekend schrijven gericht aan XXX en ZZZZ - en op voorwaarde van hetgene volgt.

Dit recht kan door YYYY slechts uitgeoefend worden voor zover (i) de samenwerking in de haven van Gent ter hoogte van het Mercatordok tussen ZZZZ en YYYY eindigt en (ii) de samenwerking tussen ZZZZ en de rederij die onder meer YYYY cargo verscheept (momenteel is dit DFDS-TorLine) eindigt. Beide voorwaarden dienen cumulatief voldaan te zijn.

6.2 In de mate YYYY zich beroept op het in artikel 6.1 hierboven beschreven recht, verbindt XXX er zich ten aanzien van YYYY toe om die terreinen, die vrijgekomen zijn als gevolg van de gedeeltelijke ontbinding van de overeenkomst houdende ter beschikking stelling van terreinen door XXX aan ZZZZ, ter beschikking te stellen aan YYYY, dit aan dezelfde voorwaarden als deze geldende op dat ogenblik ten aanzien van ZZZZ (overname door YYYY van alle rechten en verplichtingen van ZZZZ ten aanzien van de vrijgekomen terreinen, zonder uitzondering).
