Another possibility ... In NL 'akte van depot' often refers to the official registration of deeds and similar official documents by a notary. English 'act of deposit' seems to have a similar meaning.

Misschien in deze specifieke context kiezen voor een omschrijving zoals die van Albert of eventueel: The agreement was lodged (or: deposited) for registration by the court (registrar) on 11th June, 2000.
