From a summons:
"Gedaagden, hoofdelijk, te veroordelen in de kosten van het geding, het **nasalaris van de procureur** daaronder begrepen ..."

I understand what it means, but is there an appropriate English term for "nasalaris"?

FYI (wellicht ten overvloede...): the Ned. Orde van Advocaten, describes nasalaris as follows:
"Nasalaris
De na de uitspraak nog vallende kosten (de nakosten) worden voor wat betreft het procureurssalaris (het nasalaris) forfaitair berekend op € 131 zonder betekening in conventie of reconventie, € 205 zonder betekening in conventie en reconventie tezamen, en verhoogd met € 68 in geval van betekening.
Slechts de procespartij die een volledige veroordeling van zijn wederpartij in de proceskosten verkreeg heeft recht op nakosten, dus niet in het geval van gehele of gedeeltelijke compensatie van kosten.
Het nasalaris beloopt nooit meer dan de helft van het geliquideerde salaris.
Kosten van betekening zijn - bijzondere omstandigheden uitgezonderd - slechts verschuldigd nadat de veroordeelde partij 14 dagen na aanschrijving de tijd heeft gehad om alsnog in der minne aan het gewezen vonnis te voldoen."
