Dutch term or phrase: Akte van inschrijving van rechterlijke uitspraak
This is the title of a divorce document; I'm not as familiar with Dutch legal terminology as I am with German. Would this be like a Motion to Admit a Court Order? Thanks in advance.

Explanation:
judicial decision is of course a literal translation. you could substitute judgement or ruling.

If you want to enforce the judgement, the judgement has to be registered. Upon registration the judgement is stamped and record of its registration is made.
As this is Civil Law procedure I think its better to stick to a description rather than muddy the waters by looking for an anglo-saxon equivalent.
