If the context is clear that the application was made before judgment, this would be "conservatoir beslag" and the right translation would be "(interim/interlocutory) freezing order".

If the context clearly refers to an application made at the enforcement stage, after judgment, then the appropriate translation would be "executory freezing order". There is no such thing in English LAW because there are different types of order depending on the asset (charging order for land, third party debt order etc.). However, I think English LANGUAGE admits this use and an English LAWYER would understand what is being talked about.

Then there is executoriaal beslag. This is a means of enforcement of a judgment. In English law there are several types of orders that can be used enforce a judgment and one of them is a charging order, which relates specifically to land. In the Netherlands, there is no separate type of order aimed at land only. The order is simply called "executoriaal beslag". My Dutch law is a bit rusty, so please correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I remember, there are two types of "beslag".
