IMO, the example offered by Kitty, demonstrates perfectly that care should be taken when using websites as reference material. The Onderwijsraad.nl translation has either been translated by a Dutch translator with a fair knowledge of English, or by a mediocre English translator who has more or less translated a Dutch text verbatim.

Would an English speaker really say For example "offers an opportunity to send a signal to teacher training colleges"? I think not.
