This would be the most usual wording in my opinion.
The other two suggestions submitted so for also have the same meaning, but I think this would be the most usual formulation.

Asker: Hi Dave, unfortunately this is the context, it is in quotation marks in the text. I presume this is therefore the judges pronouncement i.e. that the divorce is authorised/permitted by law. What do you think?
