Asker: Thank you Josephine, this is brilliant. I think that there is no need to be too careful with old fashioned legal formulations such as these, which are usually devoid of any meaning, except making the document sound more serious to the ears of lay people.

neutral  writeaway: it's Belgian not Dutch and if the entire translation is provided by Jurlex (no wonder everyone has it......) it is not 100% correct in this case. My experience has been that Jurlex must be used with care.
