For your contributions. I suppose the meaning of this is bailiff declining any personal liability for the document he delivers. Or else it is just another strange sounding sentence bailiffs put on their documents to make themselves sound more official and serious in the yes of lay people.

'Without prejudice [to my rights]'..is indeed the translation of, 'onder vooorbehoud [van alle rechten]'. In common use in some countries when signatures are required for procedural reasons ('betekening naar recht') but parties are still en route to the courtroom, contract, etc.

P, the usual formulation is: "onder voorbehoud van alle rechten", meaning... they are reserving any and all rights or privileges under the law, which is literally what "without prejudice" means (i.e. "without loss or waiver of rights or privileges.")
