Seizure (klassiek beslag) Explanation: The Jur-Lex by Gateway lists it. So the difference is, on the one hand goods were simply seized, and on the other hand, goods were seized according to the rules of prejudgment. Note: Prejudge is one word in British English, see Oxford Dictionary.
