Het komt in een volmachtakte

Die zij, betreffende de goederen waarin de voormelde overledene geheel of ten dele zou gerechtigd zijn, gelast om voor en namens haar boedelbeschrijving te laten opmaken en **daarvan vrij te stellen**.

Explanation:
Dat denk ik. Daarvan verwijst naar de boedelbeschrijving. En in de tussenzin wordt gesproken van goederen die in ieder geval een andere status hebben. Deze goederen zullen anders vererfd worden. Maar uit de context moet het toch wel blijken?

ik lees het zo:
- aan wie zij (kennelijk degene die volmacht geeft)
- (t.a.v. goederen towaarvan wij een recht heeft (nogal wiedes))
-opdracht geeft om (voor haar, vmgever)een boedelbeschrijving op te maken - deze zaken (in de beschrijving opgenomen) worden vrijgesteld/afgescheiden van:
- ofwel het antwoord van de eerste beantwoorder: de rest van de goederen (bv voor een legaat)
- ofwel iets wat in de voorgaande zin(nen) genoemd is.

Ze moesten de opsteller van het document maar eens een cursus helder schrijven laten doen overigens - geen touw aan vast te kopen zeg!

Bijvoorbeeld in het geval een vrouw die samenwoonde met(en niet erft van) een man die overleden is, een vordering instelt tegen de erfgenamen die haar hele huis willen leeghalen omdat alles binnen de erfenis zou vallen en zij niet erft.

Maar goed - dat moet dus uit de voorgaande zinnen blijken...
