Ik weet dat ook de term "prejudgment garnishment" bestaat, maar in België kan bewarend derdenbeslag zowel voor als na een vonnis (als zekerheid dat de derde-beslagene (garnishee?) niet uitbetaalt aan de schuldenaar)... Bestaat deze rechtsfiguur ook ergens in de Engelstalige wereld ?

Is "conservatory" an acceptable alternative?
