I'm getting confused by this sentence because of the number of hyphens. It reads:

3. Degenen, die tot tekoopaanbieding van een of meer aandelen zijn gehouden, dienen binnen dertig (30) dagen na het onstaan van die verplichting - in het geval in lid 6 sub b van dit artikel bedoeld - na verloop van de daar genoemde termijn - van hun aanbieding aan de directie kennis te geven.

I've translated it the first hyphen as an 'or', and then the rest of it seems to make sense, but would you say that's a correct choice? Article 6 reads 'indien de aandelen, ingeval van ontbinding van een huwelijksgoederengemeenschap [...] binnen vierentwintig (24) maanden na de ontbinding zullen zijn toebedeeld aan diegene van de echtgenoten van wiens zijde de aandelen in de gemeenschap zijn gevallen.'
