Daarom maken wij uitdrukkelijk het voorbehoud om met de opgegeven saldi te verrekenen (artikel 19 van de Algemene Bankvoorwaarden) wat wij nog van de beslagdebiteur te vorderen zullen hebben uit hoofde van rente, boete, provisie, kosten of uit welke andere hoofde ook, voortvloeiende uit rechtsverhoudingen met de beslagdebiteur die bestonden op de dag van beslaglegging.
