Dutch term or phrase: griffier - registrar or clerk of court?
I am doing a translation in which the term 'griffier' appears. Normally this is registrar in the cases I deal with, but I have a feeling that in the Raadkamer of the Rechtbank van Eerste Aanleg it may be the Clerk of the Court. Is this right?
