I'm having problems with the bit in brackets: The Borrower discharges the Lender from all liability connected with this loan, with the exception of [de door de wet op de Bruiklening voorziene buitengewone noodzakelijke en zelfs dringende uitgave voor het behoud van de zaak.]
It comes from a 'loan for use agreement'.

I think that "voorzien" should be seen here as 'provided for' rather than foreseen.
