Explanation:
I seen this used in businesses and universities as well as police departments. It doesn't necessarily refer only to government or municipal entities. IMO. I can't think of another way to say it. It's not necessary to use "Department". Can also be "Internal Affairs."

agree  Suzan Hamer: Ah . . . yes, that's what I would have said too, if I could have summoned it up from the depths when I first responded. Internal Affairs is acceptable and in use, but yes, I think Corporate Affairs is better.
