Dutch to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Management / minutes | | Dutch term or phrase: instellingsbesluit | "Een commissie X is samengesteld en bestaat voorlopig uit [een aantal personen], hetgeen is door een instellingsbesluit kenbaar gemaakt aan Y."
According to Van den End, this refers to a decree. Problem is that the context refers solely to a subcommittee of a works council within an organisation in the private sector. Now I'm wondering whether the term has been erroneously used. Looking forward to your input. Cheers, R. |
