Dutch to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Management
Dutch term or phrase:als daar zijn
Met betrekking tot de verkoop van de aandelen verwijzen wij naar het door all betrokken partijen als daar zijn: X, Y en de ondernemingsraden van ABC B.V. en 123 B.V., middels de afsprakenlijst welke onlosmakelijk met ons advies is verbonden.
I don't understand "als daar zijn" in this sentence. I think something might be missing.
thanks everyone. the two answers suggested fit the text, even though I don't see the purpose of referring to the parties involved as "such as X, Y and Z". On a side note, could someone explain pro and non-pro questions? I don't get it.

Explanation: it does look a bit odd, although not wrong. Probably it's a bit redundant, in the meaning of i.e.,
bùt it could mean "present here".....do check the broader context for further hints.
