Management
Dutch term or phrase: Difference between "beheersmatig" and "sturend"?
Until now I've translated these two terms with the term "managing" whenever they occurred in the text, but now suddenly both of the terms occur in the same sentence, from which it appears that they should be regarded as opposites, see capitalizations below:

"Het voeren van individuele coachingsgesprekken helpt je om van een BEHEERSMATIG Store Manager naar een meer ondernemende, resultaat-gerichte en STURENDE Store Manager te groeien."

So what is the difference between the two? And how would you translate them to make the difference clear?

(FYI I am not translating from Dutch to English but from Dutch to Danish, but it seems there aren't many translators in here with that language combination)

English translation:...
Explanation:
In het Engels zou je dit moeten omschrijven, b.v.:
...from a store manager who is strictly a manager to a store manager who is more enterprising, goal-oriented, and proactive (or: provides leadership).

Er zijn natuurlijk andere mogelijkheden, maar ik denk niet dat je met één adjectief klaar komt, tenzij die in het Deens wel bestaan.

management by control / management by objectives

Explanation:
In de door jou gegeven context lijkt het vooral te gaan om een verandering in de stijl van leidinggeven van 'management by control' naar 'management by objectives' (i.e. sturen op basis van resultaten/te behalen doelstellingen). Deze laatste term zou evt. ook nog vervangen kunnen worden door 'management by results' :-)
