CE: commerciële economie

Zolang je niet precies weet welke cursussen worden aangeboden kun je bezwaarlijk die ene correcte vertaling vinden, maar met 'After obtaining a BA in Economics (of: Business Administration)' zul je m.i. weinig brokken maken

Evenwel geen masters!

Ook op http://www.loi-informatica.nl hebben ze het over 'bachelor of economics'

business studies degree


Explanation:
It's essentially a business studies degree (at the bachelor level) with a marketing slant (that's the 'CE' bit). I think you have to be careful when talking about local *equivalents* of foreign qualifications, as most countries have credential evaluation authorities who are more qualified than translators to make equivalency statements.

Having said that, anything that conveys the idea of business studies should work as an informal translation.
