Dutch to English translations [PRO]

Can anyone help with a suitable term - 'means of communication' is the only solution I have at the moment.

Ondertussen werken wij zelf gestaag door om onze nieuwe naam en huisstijl door te voeren op al onze communicatiedragers |

This is any media the company issues and would also include websites, etc.
In another context communication channels may have been appropriate. Don't be misled by 'cariers' - that should be "carriers' if you go for that option, thus 'information carriers' could be appropriate. |
