Asker: Are you saying this is the term used by MR organisations in England?

Asker: Please see my note to Dave below. The draaiboek is indeed the script for running the survey, not the action plan which follows the survey (and for which the survey is conducted in the first place), but I need to find more confirmation of the equivalent term used nowadays by MR in UK.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Dave. Also for Sven: My concern is that the action plan is (also?) the plan of action (e.g. to implement changes) FOLLOWING the survey, the reason for which the survey is carried out in the first place. Draaiboek is the activities and planning and schedule which make up the preparation for, information required for and procedures for running the survey. Only response from 10 MRs consulted by email, in which I used 'action plan' in my example, and gave possible terms, said not script, but 'outline plan'.

Asker: This project will run until 18th, I need to do more research on draaiboek. Action plan in your refs relates to the action plan FOLLOWING the survey. The draaiboek, as explained above, sets out "de planning..en activiteiten" prior to and during the survey.
