Ik heb wel een idee wat resultaatverantwoordelijk betekent, maar vraag me af of ik het in deze zin ook kan lezen als gewoon 'verantwoordelijk'. "... is responsible for achieving service levels ...". Ik weet niet goed welke term ik tegenover resultaatverantwoordelijk moet plaatsen. Wat voor soort verantwoordelijkheid is er dan nog meer? |

My take is that 'resultaat' here means 'profit' rather than the more general 'result' - emphasis would appear to be on profit responsiblity/cost control. The sentence could be translated along the lines of 'the partner bears profit responsibility jointly with XX, providing service levels while emphasising cost control'

I like to use the word 'accountable' and all it implies, but I believe it is too general here. 'Profit responsibility' is a distinct term in business literature, used in particular in conjuction with function descriptions. |
