Dutch term or phrase: eindreiniger
De XXX eindreiniger wordt toegepast voor het afscheiden van enerzijds staaldraadjes en anderzijds fiber uit rubbergranulaat. De eindreiniger wordt bevestigd onder een silo met eindproduct. I was thinking of finishing cleaner but there are so few google hits on this.

The following website uses "Eindreiniger" on their Dutch pages and "Finishing cleaner" on their English pages, but personally I prefer Final Cleaner in the given context.
