Dutch term or phrase: Er mogen andere onderdelen worden gebruikt, tenzij de fabrikant de reserve-onder
I am working on a English to Czech translation and the English source is false. Therefore I need the translation from the original (Dutch) into my source language (English). My project manager is not able to give me the correct English wording:

Please, be so kind, and focus on following fact (what is right)?
A) Other spare parts can be used, if these were approved by the manufacturer
or
B) Other spare parts may be used, but if there are any with approval given by the manufacturer, prefer these.
