suspended scaffold
Explanation:
This is one possibility. I recently translated a text containing 'hangbrug', which, after extensive web research, turned out to be the above. In my case it referred to the kind of platform that high-rise window cleaners and facade maintenance men use. It is suspended on a rail from the top of the building. See http://www.osha.gov/SLTC/etools/scaffolding/suspended/

cradle hoist

Explanation:
http://www.liftdirectory.com/index.html This website offers a collection of manufacturers of hoists, lifts, cradles etc depending on what sort of equipment is being used. Perhaps a bit of research might lead you to find the right term, i.e. for your gevellift (could also be hanglift) but it depends on what term you use for what.
