I am currently translating an undergraduate thesis on Automatic External Defibrillators (AED), and am struggling to find an appropriate translation for the above term.

The context is as follows:

"De doelgroep kaderinstructeurs bestaat volgens een schatting van de NRR uit circa 3.500 personen in Nederland. Zij dienen jaarlijks een opfriscursus te volgen via de Stichting NODE. Echter de certificering vindt plaats bij het NRR. Hier staan dus alle kaderinstructeurs geregistreerd."
