"..De CVD wordt met de methode van Lewis-Borst-Molhuijsen vastgesteld. Laat hierbij de patiënt in liggende of halfzittende houding het hoofd in lichte retroflexie houden. Bepaal het laagste punt waarop de halsvene tijdens inspiratie collabeert terwijl deze bij de kaakhoek wordt dichtgedrukt. "
