De derde optie ‘Voor het zingen de kerk uit ’ (de penis vlak voor de zaadlozing uit de vagina of anus terugtrekken) is onveilig vanwege het contact tussen slijmvliezen. Zaadlozing is niet per se nodig om SOA- en/of HIV-besmetting over te brengen. Omdat er zaadcellen in het ***voorvocht*** kunnen zitten, is ‘voor het zingen de kerk uit’ bovendien onveilig voor (ongewenste) zwangerschap.
