Medical - Medical: Health Care / forms, medical history, consultations, examinations
Dutch term or phrase: ilchamelijk
In the phrase "Beperkt ilchamelijk onderzoek". I have a somewhat poor quality fax copy and that appears to be the spelling or it could be something close. This comes at the end of a medical history form and the results under this limited examination are Bloeddruk (mm Hg), Pols, Gewicht, and Lengte. This is from the same set of forms/letters for a pre-op anesthesiology consult as my last couple of questions.
