This phrase is part of the internal examination info about a Vulval intraepithelial neoplasia - III operation. I think the "II" is shorthand for "Ileum" and 'kloek" refers to a congenital cloaca but I am not sure. And I have no idea what that "ov" stands for - could it be a typo (of/or)? The full sentence is - "Inwendig onderzoek: soepele vagina blindzak. II ov kloek"
