Explanation:
Het moet in ieder geval al curanal zalf zijn. Curanal is dus gewoon een merknaam. Het is een homeopatische zalf tegen aambeien die gemaakt wordt door een apotheek in Hilversum. Ik vraag mij dus af of er een gangbare Engelse term te vinden is. Misschien een vergelijkbaar product zoeken in engeland? Of je zou met die apotheek kunnen bellen om te vragen of zij een vergelijkbaar product kennen.

Explanation:
