The term is from a report about a patient who has had a stroke.
Discussing the risk factors, the report states: "Tevens is er een cardiale belasting en een hyperlipidemie".

In the only other reference to the patient's heart, it does mention that he has hypertensive cardiopathy and left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction.

Any help with 'cardiale belasting' much appreciated.
