In a report about gastroduodenoscopy
(in the section about the oesophagus):
"De diafragmaimpressie bevindt zich op 41 cm van de tandenrij"
The same paragraph also gives the distance from the lower oesophageal sphincter to the 'tandenrij' as 39 cm.
