Dutch to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general)
Dutch term or phrase: longsetting
Two Chest CT reports each have a sentence containing this word:
"In longsetting multipele nodulaire verdichtingen verspreid in de beide longen"
"In de longsetting is een kleine verdichting te zien rechts en een verdichting links ventraal"

Since the entire reports are about the lungs, I am not sure about putting "in the lung setting" for these sentences.

Any help appreciated.

lung setting / view
Explanation:
It probably refers to the lung setting or view (or aspect) of the CT scanner, e.g.

"In the same (peripheral) zone, as compared with the modified window setting, the lung setting improved the ability to connect vessels on transverse (median 3.0 vs 3.5, P < .001) but not on multiplanar views"
