Medical - Medical (general)
Dutch term or phrase: en kliniek
This is a Belgian text, so I am unsure whether they mean 'and' or a more French 'in':
"Patient werd opgetransfundeerd met normalisatie van bloeddruk en kliniek"
(from a report on a cardiac patient).
Does it mean 'in hospital' or 'and clinically'?

Thanks for any clarification.

in the hospital (or clinic)
Explanation:
I think "en" here simply is French for "in."
