In a report on a patient who has had a stroke. Patient has hemiplegia and 'Dwangstand naar rechts'.
How would this be translated in English please?

Not sure if the term is applicable in this context, but this is how Medisch woordenboek [Mosterd/Bohn Stafleu Van Loghum] renders it in the context of ophthalmology/oogheelkunde.
