with reduced/delayed apex movement
Explanation:
I am not sure about the exact meaning of 'achterblijft' here, but I assume it refers either to a delayed full contraction, or to an incomplete contraction. I used 'movement' in order to prevent repetition of the word 'contraction' in the sentence, I think both can be used.

Many thanks for your help. I put 'delayed' in the end, it seems to be used in ECGs in the context of contractility.
