In the conclusion section of a patient report. Could this stand for "Respiration normal" (normale ademhaling)?
NO appears again in the next line: NO/ behoudens oude parese (normal apart from earlier paresis?). |

| | No = Dutch Abbreviation for Number AH = Ademhalingen | Explanation: Hey Hannon,
I think you are on target with ademhalen, however, NO would not normally be used in a Dutch text to describe normal.
NO/AH 24/min Temp 37 would translate best as Number of Respirations Breaths per minute =24, Body Temperature 37 Celsius. I have seen both RPM and BPM to reflect Breaths/ Respirations per minute in a few medical dictionaries. I hope this helps! -Alby |
