Medical - Medical (general) / fina hospital report | | Dutch term or phrase: CVD gestuwd | No further context.
I assume it's elevated central venous pressure, but I am puzzled about the use of "gestuwd" in this case.

Venous blood congestion (hyperaemia). Gestuwd is a derivation of stuwing - bloedstuwing, but I'm not sure what English form would apply in this case.
