microtia
Explanation:
Is de medische term.

What is Goldenhar Syndrome?
Goldenhar Syndrome is a congenital birth defect which involves deformities of the face. It usually affects one side of the face only. Characteristics include:

* a partially formed or totally absent ear (microtia)

Een "ear crease" zou een engelse versie van "frommeloor" kunnen zijn maar het leidt tot verwarring met "ear lobe crease" hetgeen bestudeerd is als een mogelijk teken van hartproblemen.

atresia

Explanation:
Aanwezigheid van een “frommeloortje”, waarbij vaak gehoorgang ontbreekt. atresia- Absence of the ear canal or failure of the canal to be tubular or fully formed - ik vond ergens een link dat atresie de latijnse benaming was voor frommeloortje.

this should indeed be aural atresia rather than atresia alone - and indeed seems to be more about the inner ear than the outer ear although these conditions often occur together.

neutral  Lianne Van De Ven: atresia verwijst i.h.a. naar een lichaamsopening, niet specifiek het oor
