Explanation:
I think the word order een in opzet cystectomie should probably be een cystectomie in opzet. The plan is probably for radical cystectomy with accompanying Brickers procedure for provision of an alternative ileal conduit. I just note that while I was searching and typing Anne has provided a very similar answer. Ref given for Brickers procedure.
