help please "almost specific ???? culture medium.

They also say suggestief kolonie-uitzicht. I thought they might mean suggestive colony morphology here, but I am very doubtful!!!

"Bijna specifiek" means that it has an almost typical appearance.

"Uitzicht" is meant as in this reference:

Suggestief kolonie-uitzicht means the same: the culture has a specific look/appearance that is suggestive of....
